The tougher of the 2 poses to attain in any condition of Sam Crawford, who finished his career with 2,964 total hits over an 18 year major league stint, spent mostly with The Detroit Tigers. He played in the same outfield as Ty Cobb for 12 seasons, and although he despised him, the two worked the basepaths to perfection, often executing double steals of great difficulty. The card itself boasts an uninterrupted pastel background and clean white borders. All four corners are naturally strong for the grade and could easily pass for those on a higher grade card. The reverse bares a Sweet Caporal 150 Ad back and is free from any stains whatsoever. Only 3 others of the Sweet Caporal variety have received higher accolades from PSA. Strong EX-MT condition.
